The updated Birdeye Campaigns 2.0 system eliminates the tedious job of switching locations and presents everything at an enterprise level for businesses with multiple locations. Here’s a list of new features within Campaign 2.0

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: Campaign management system helps businesses create manual/automated campaigns and allows them to manage them in one place. Key features include:

  • Five different campaign status messages: Running, completed, paused, stopped, and scheduled.
  • New campaign types: Manual and Automated campaigns.
  • Single unified dashboard to view conversion reports and metrics for enterprise businesses.

TEMPLATE MANAGEMENT: Businesses no longer require technical support to edit templates in bulk. All the templates are now created at an enterprise level and will be available for all locations. Key features include:

  • Create enterprise-level templates that can be used in any/all locations across the business.
  • Use enterprise or location level branding for templates.
  • Make use of tokens to personalize templates.

CONTACT MANAGEMENT: The all-new contact management system enables businesses to view all the contacts associated with all the business locations in one place. Key features include:

  • View all contacts in one list view.
  • Search contacts based on name, email, and phone.
  • More filters to filter contacts based on location, status, source, creation date, assisted by, etc.
  • Associate contacts with properties (age, gender, people, etc.).
