Step 3: Map Locations
You can now map locations to ensure the correct data is assigned to the right location in Birdeye.
If you’ve integrated multiple ServiceTitan accounts, map each account to its corresponding Birdeye location, then apply the necessary ServiceTitan filters or location identifiers. Contacts will sync from ServiceTitan to the respective Birdeye locations based on the selected filters and accounts. If only one ServiceTitan account is integrated, the Account Name column will not appear.
To map an account or location, use the drop-down under the Account Name column next to the desired Birdeye location and select the integrated account.
ServiceTitan provides filters/location identifiers such as Tag Name, Business Unit, and Zipcode. Click the Edit button to select the appropriate filter and enter values for the corresponding location identifier.
Once mapped, click Next to continue.
