How do I run filters within reviews tab? How can I view reviews I have responded to?
Birdeye gives businesses the ability to sort the reviews aggregated on the reviews page using filters which include, review source, time period, ratings, status, etc. You can 'Save' your preferred filters and can also 'Reset' filters to return to the default settings.
To run the filters, click on the 'Reviews' tab on the left navigation rail of your Birdeye dashboard. On the 'Reviews' page, go to the 'Filter by' tab on the top right corner. You can filter the data using the 'Review Source' and 'Time Period' filters under the 'Filter by' tab. To view more filters, click on the 'See all filters' button.
To view the reviews to which you have responded, navigate to the 'Status' drop-down menu on the 'All filters' pop-up window.
Select the 'Replied' option from the drop-down menu and click on the 'Apply' button.
You will be able to view all the reviews you have responded to.
