Frequently Asked Questions
How is the Search AI Score calculated?
The Search AI Score is a 0–100 composite score built from four core components:
Visibility Score — 30% weight
Citation Share — 30% weight
Sentiment Score — 30% weight
Rank Score — 10% weight
The final Search AI Score is calculated as a weighted average of these four components and is rounded to one decimal place.
Why does my scorecard show a “Rank” column?
If competitive benchmarking data is available for your account, an optional Ranking Score may appear in the summary card.
This ranking helps normalize your performance against direct competitors using local share-of-voice data across AI-generated responses.
Q: Why are some fields or locations blank?
Locations must have active prompt configurations and a minimum volume of scanned AI interactions within the selected date range to generate trend data.
