What are the different ways to send a survey?
Customer surveys are one of the best tools to understand customers' mindset and enhance brand value outlined by customer narrative. Within Birdeye, you can build intuitive surveys from scratch within your account and also keep track and monitor responses in real-time. To learn more about creating a survey read the help center article: How do I create surveys within Birdeye?
Birdeye offers three easy ways to send surveys:
- Survey campaigns
- Survey link
- Embed on website
To start sending out your survey, click on the 'Survey' tab on the left navigation rail. Navigate to the survey you wish to send out. Hover over the corresponding three-dots icon and click on the 'Distribute survey' option.
On the 'Distribute survey' page, you can view three distribution options:
- Survey campaigns: Send survey requests to a selected audience or all your contacts uploaded to your Birdeye account through ‘Campaigns’. Click on the 'Survey campaigns' button to run a campaign.
- Survey link: Share a survey link on social media, Webchat, Inbox, and more. This is also known as 'Anonymous' survey link to get customer feedback. An 'Anonymous survey', as the name implies, doesn't capture the respondent's details. You can choose to add contact information question while creating the survey.
- Embed on website: Embed a survey on your business website and capture survey responses from the customers. The responses will be captured anonymously and you can view all the responses within your Birdeye account.
