Within responses I only see 'Anonymous' under the 'Name' field. How can I ensure I see 'Respondent Name' and not 'Anonymous' under 'Name' field?
When you run an Anonymous survey using the survey link, all the responses are captured with an 'Anonymous' name within the Birdeye dashboard. The location of all the responses within a survey also appears as 'Corporate' as the responses are received at an enterprise level.
If you want to see the respondent's name under the name field, you need to upload all your customer contacts to the Birdeye account and then send out survey requests from the 'Campaigns' tab.
