LineLeader is a childcare management platform that helps organizations manage families, children, enrollments, attendance, billing, and other childcare operations. Integrating LineLeader with Birdeye automates sending review requests to clients based on configured triggers.
Once LineLeader is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls child and family/guardian information from LineLeader based on the configured trigger. Birdeye collects details such as the child’s first name and last name, along with the family/guardian’s contact details, including their email address and phone number. Birdeye then automatically sends review requests based on the preferences configured in the Birdeye dashboard.
