Kidsoft is a childcare management platform that helps organizations manage families, children, enrollments, attendance, billing, and other childcare operations. Integrating Kidsoft with Birdeye automates sending review requests to clients daily.
Once Kidsoft is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls client information from Kidsoft once daily. Birdeye collects the client’s first name, last name, email address, and phone number and automatically sends review requests based on the preferences configured in the Birdeye dashboard.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your PMS using some predefined triggers. You can choose any combination from the list of available triggers and inform the support team about your selection.
Here are the supported triggers for Kidsoft:
