What is the Birdeye MCP Server?

The Birdeye Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server enables AI assistants to securely connect to your Birdeye account and retrieve live business data using natural language.

The MCP Server supports data across multiple Birdeye products, including:

  • Reviews

  • Listings

  • Surveys

  • Social

  • Ticketing

  • Search AI

  • Insights, and more

How does the Birdeye MCP Server work?

The Birdeye MCP Server implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that enables AI assistants to connect to external applications and services securely.

After connecting your AI assistant to the Birdeye MCP Server, your assistant can securely access your authorized Birdeye account and answer questions using your live business data.

What can you do with the Birdeye MCP Server?

Once connected, your AI assistant can help answer questions such as:

  • What are my review trends over the last 30 days?

  • Which of my locations have the lowest listing accuracy on Google?

  • Show me the SWOT analysis from the latest Search AI run.

  • How did my Facebook posts perform last month compared to the month before?

These responses are generated using the data available in your Birdeye account, helping you access insights more quickly without manually searching across different products.
