The Birdeye Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server lets AI assistants securely access your Birdeye data, including Reviews, Listings, Surveys, Social, Ticketing, Search AI, Insights, and more.
Once connected, your AI assistant can answer questions using your live Birdeye account data, helping you retrieve insights and perform tasks without manually navigating the Birdeye dashboard.

If the connection is successful, your AI assistant will retrieve live data from your Birdeye account.
What can you ask your AI Assistant?
After connecting, you can ask questions about your Birdeye account, such as:
What are my review trends over the last 30 days?
