Integrating Birdeye with Zoho Desk

Zoho Desk is a cloud-based customer service and ticketing platform that helps businesses manage customer support interactions efficiently. Integrating Zoho Desk with Birdeye automates the process of sending review requests to customers, either in real time or on a scheduled daily basis.

Once the integration is set up, Birdeye pulls client information from Zoho Desk, including first name, last name, email address, and phone number, and automatically sends review requests based on the preferences configured in the Birdeye dashboard.


Birdeye also allows you to fetch data from your PMS using predefined triggers. You can select a combination of available triggers and share your preferences with the support team.
