The ‘Account’ tab lets you add and manage users to the dashboard. It is not only limited to adding and managing users, but can also add employees as well as track their performances. Moreover, you can update billing information and download Birdeye subscription invoices. It also enables you to create a support ticket to get in touch with Birdeye customer support to solve your dashboard-related queries.
