With Birdeye, staying in touch with your customers is easy. Birdeye gives you the ability to add, edit, delete, and even download an entire list of your contacts from your account effortlessly. All the contacts will be downloaded in an Excel sheet.
Downloading Birdeye Contacts
To download contacts from your Birdeye account, click the 'Contacts' tab in the left navigation rail.
NOTE:
If you have subscribed to Chatbot AI, the 'Contacts' page will show all the leads and customers for your business. To learn more, read the help center article: How are leads generated within my Birdeye account?
On the new page, click the 'More' drop-down menu and select the ‘Download contacts' option.
A message appears at the top indicating that the contacts list will be downloaded in an Excel file.
Now, an Excel file will get downloaded to your system with all your contacts from the Birdeye account. A success notification would be displayed at the top of the Birdeye contacts page.
You can also use filters to download a few selected contacts filtered based on 'Last activity,' ‘Status,’ ‘Contact source,’ ‘Contact Tag,’ and 'Assisted by.' While on the 'Contacts' page, go to the 'Filter by' section on the right and click the 'See all filters' button to view more filters. Now, you can apply new filters and download the contacts.
NOTE:
Only the filtered contacts visible on the screen will be downloaded.
