Birdeye allows you to download the reviews on your account to assess the number of positive and negative reviews aggregated into your platform. You can either download a few reviews based on your preferences or all the reviews. This article will guide you on how to download the reviews from your account.
Downloading a Copy of Reviews
Log in to your Birdeye account and click on the ‘Reviews’ tab on the left navigation rail. On the Reviews page, you can sort the reviews using the 'Filter by' tab on the right.
By default, you can view the 'Review Source' and 'Time Period' filters. Click on the 'All filters' button to view more filters.
When the 'All filters' pop-up window appears, you can customize the filters if you want to download reviews for a certain location, a review source, a specific city, state, certain tags, within a time period, and more.
Click on the 'Actions' drop-down button and select the 'Download Reviews (Excel)' option.
This opens a pop-up window in which you can enter your own or any other user's email ID to get the download link. You can enter multiple email IDs, and customize the 'Email subject line' on the window.
Once all information is entered, click on the 'Send' button to proceed. You can view a success message at the top of the page if the reviews are successfully sent.
Open the email, and click on the 'Download' button.
On the new page, authenticate yourself to download the reviews. Enter your email ID and password and click on the 'Sign In' button to proceed.
Upon successful authentication, an Excel document with all your reviews (as per the filter settings) will start downloading automatically.
Handy Tip
If the download doesn't begin automatically, click on the 'Click here' link to download the Excel document manually.
After the download is complete, open the Excel document to view a detailed report on reviews. You can view the 'Business Name,' 'Location,' 'Review Source,' 'Reviewer Name,' and more.
