How do I manage surveys within my Birdeye account?
Birdeye provides a user-friendly survey management system in which you can view and manage multiple surveys, and view the survey details.
To get started with survey management, click on the ‘Surveys’ tab on the left navigation rail. On the new page, you can view all the old and new surveys and study the responses. Here are the major elements of Birdeye’s survey management page:

Details |
Survey Name |
Shows the name you had given to a survey. |
Status |
Shows the ongoing status of a survey – it can be ‘New’ or ‘Running’ surveys'. |
Sent | Shows how many people has the survey been sent to. |
Responses |
Shows the number of responses a survey has received from the intended respondents. Click on the menu to sort your surveys based on ‘Fewest responses’, and ‘Most responses’. |
Message Responders |
Enables you to reply or start a conversation with survey respondents. |
Last Updated |
Shows when you last made any change or modification on a survey. Click on the menu to sort your surveys based on ‘Oldest modified’ and ‘Recent modified’. |
Owner |
Displays the name of the person who created the survey. |
Create Survey |
This button allows you to create new surveys. |
Search Survey Name |
Appears as a search box next to ‘Create survey’ button; allows you to search and find a survey based on its name. |
Survey Insights |
Birdeye uses a built-in smart detection engine to decide whether it should enable/disable insights for a survey. Once insights is enabled for a survey, you will be able to view a green ‘Athena’ icon next to the survey name.
