How do I reply to a survey respondent within Birdeye?

As a business owner, you can reply to a survey response within Birdeye. The reply will be sent to the customer's email address. This feature is available with the 'Ticketing' option within your account.

How to reply to a survey respondent?

Log into your Birdeye account and click on the 'Surveys' tab on the left navigation rail. Navigate to the survey to which you wish to respond. Hover over the corresponding three-dots icon and click on the ‘View responses’ option.

On the next page, navigate to the response to which you want to reply. Hover over the corresponding three-dot icon.

Once you hover on the 'Three-dot icon', a 'Chat icon' will appear, click on that to respond.

Another way to reply to a survey respondent is to hover over the 'Three-dot icon', click 'Actions', and select 'View'

On the response page, click on the ‘Chat icon' on the top.

Once you click on the 'Chat icon', a new screen (inbox) will pop up on the right side to help start a conversation.

Delete

NOTE:

You cannot respond to a 'Deleted' contact or an 'Anonymous' contact.
