CREATE A CUSTOM EMAIL TEMPLATE
To set up a custom email, log in to your Birdeye account, and click on the 'Campaigns' tab on the left navigation rail. Now, click on the 'Templates' tab on the top panel. From the new page, click on the 'Email' tab and click on the 'Create template' button on the right corner.
From the options, click on the 'Custom' button to create a new business-need-specific email template.
