How to add or update review sources under the template?
Birdeye provides a template management system for businesses, allowing them to create intuitive templates for campaigns and automations within their Birdeye account. Within your Birdeye account, a 'Review request email' and a 'Review request text' template are available by default.
It allows you to choose up to three review sites where you want your customers to leave reviews.
EMAIL TEMPLATE
To add or update review resources, follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to the ‘Campaigns’ tab, and click on the ‘Templates.’
2. Click on the ‘Email’ option.
3. Click on the template whose review sources you want to update.
4. Once the template appears on the screen, scroll down to the review sources. You must check the box next to it to select that particular source.
5. To change the order of the sites, you can drag and drop the buttons and arrange them in the order you want. To view the selected review site's URLs for all the locations of the business, click on the corresponding 'See URLs for all locations' button.
6. Click the ‘Save’ button on the top-right of your screen to save your preferences.
TEXT TEMPLATE
Follow the abovementioned steps for adding or updating the review sites for text templates. Instead of selecting ‘Email’, select ‘Text.’
You can only choose up to four review sources. If you choose more than four, a pop-up window will appear on your screen, and you will not allow saving your preferences.
