Birdeye allows you to delete or manage contacts from a single unified dashboard. You can either delete a single contact or multiple contacts at any point.

DELETING MULTIPLE CONTACTS

To delete multiple contacts, log into your Birdeye account and click on the 'Contacts' tab on the left navigation rail. On the new page, you can view all the contacts added to your Birdeye account. Now, click on the 'More' drop-down button.

Select the 'Delete contacts' option.

Select the contacts by checking the corresponding boxes and click on the 'Delete' button.

Once you click on the button, a pop-up message will appear. Click on the 'Ok' button to confirm deletion. 

DELETING A SINGLE CONTACT

To delete a single contact, hover over the contact you wish to delete. Click on the corresponding 'Actions' drop-down button and select the 'Delete' option. A pop-up will appear to confirm the deletion, click on the 'OK' button to proceed.
