Making use of its robust contact management system, Birdeye captures and records every communication with a contact making it easier for businesses to devise a future communication strategy.

VIEWING CONTACT JOURNEY

Log in to your Birdeye account and click on the 'Contacts' tab on the left navigation rail. On the new page, you can view all the contacts added to your account.

Hover over a contact to view communication history and click on the corresponding 'Actions' drop-down button.

Now, select the 'Contact journey' option.

On the new page, you can view the contact journey bucketed under a 'Monthly' view. Every communication type is represented with a specific icon on the left. If you want to view the previous or next contact, use the left and right arrow keys on the top right.
