Integrating BE Connector with AdvancedMD
AdvancedMD is a Practice Management System (PMS) system used by independent physicians and their staff. Users are able to manage electronic health records, telemedicine, patient relationship management, and business analytics reporting. AdvancedMD offers a flexible outsourced billing option for practices looking to use a third-party billing company. Integrating Birdeye with AdvancedMD will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients daily.
Once AdvancedMD is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls patient’s information from AdvancedMD once daily for the completed appointments. Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your PMS using some predefined triggers. Here is the supported trigger for AdvancedMD:

WHAT IS BE CONNECTOR?
The BE Connector application is a native Windows application for all businesses. The BE Connector application helps integrate your PMS with the Birdeye system so that the process of sending review requests to your patients is completely automated after they use your products or services.
The installation and setup process is driven by an intuitive wizard. To set up the integration, you first have to download and install the app on the machine that has access to the PMS. Once the integration is complete, BE Connector will start pulling data from the PMS and send the data to the server for further processing. Review requests are sent as per the configurations and preferences set by the business on BE Connector.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Install BE Connector on the client’s Server
- Integrate AdvancedMD with BE Connector
- BE Connector will start pulling patient data from AdvancedMD and automatically send review requests, based on the scheduling configuration defined by the user.
Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address, and phone number of your patients and automatically sends them review requests.
