Birdeye Payments: A deep dive

Birdeye Payments offers businesses to request payments from customers and vendors in a swift and secured manner. Businesses can transact payments via card reader, card entry, text, and email. Businesses need to set up their bank accounts by providing details such as bank account number, business details, etc., to withdraw funds from Birdeye Payments.

NOTE:

  1. It is not mandatory to set up a bank account to access ‘Payments’ but setting up a bank account is necessary to transfer funds directly to your bank account from Birdeye Payments. In case a user does not set up the bank account, the user will be unable to withdraw funds from Birdeye.
  2. Birdeye does not collect and store any confidential data related to your card information. Your financial privacy is secured and encrypted.
