Birdeye enables businesses to transact payments via card readers within the Birdeye Inbox. The feature allows businesses to complete in-store transactions with great security.
To connect your card reader with your Birdeye account, follow these steps:
Start by plugging the power code to charge your Card Reader.
Press and hold the Power Button located on the right side of the screen to turn ON your Card Reader.
Ensure that the Card Reader is connected to the same WiFi as your Birdeye account.
Once you connect your Card Reader to the same WiFi as your Birdeye account, you are ready to collect in-store or online payments using Card Readers.
