Integrating BE Connector with eClinicalWorks

Once eClinicalWorks is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls customer information from eClinicalWorks once daily for the completed transactions. Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM solution using some predefined triggers. Here is the supported trigger for eClinicalWorks:

WHAT IS BE CONNECTOR?
The BE Connector application is a native Windows application for all businesses. The BE Connector application helps integrate your PMS solution with the Birdeye system so that the process of sending review requests to your customers is completely automated after they use your products or services.
The installation and setup process is driven by an intuitive wizard. To set up the integration, you first have to download and install the app on the machine that has access to the PMS solution. Once the integration is complete, BE Connector will start pulling data from the PMS solution and send the data to the server for further processing. Review requests are sent as per the configurations and preferences set by the business on BE Connector.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Install BE Connector on eClinicalWorks Server
- Integrate eClinicalWorks with BE Connector
- BE Connector will start pulling customer data from eClincailWorks and automatically send review requests, based on the scheduling configuration defined by the user.
Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address, and phone number of your customers and automatically sends them review requests.
