How can I update my billing information within Birdeye account?


Birdeye makes it extremely easy for you to update your billing information so that you do not face any disruption of services.

The 'Billing' section under the 'Accounts' tab would only be visible to the users who have been assigned the 'Owner's' role for the account.

Below are some quick and easy steps to update your billing info, including your Credit Card number, expiration date, and billing address.

  • Click on the ‘Gear icon’ located at the top right corner. Then, navigate to the 'Account' section.
  • Click on the 'Billing' tab to update your billing information.
  • Select the 'Update Billing Information' button under the 'Update Information' section and update your credit card details securely.
  • Verify the details and click on the 'Save' button.
