RESET PASSWORD FOR SELF

If you have forgotten your password, go to www.birdeye.com and click on ‘Sign In’ button on the top right corner of the page. Now click on ‘Forgot password’ link just below ‘Sign In’.

This will direct you to the 'Forgot Password' page. Enter your registered email address and click on 'Send instructions'

After this, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. 

Click on ‘Change your password’ button and you will be redirected to another page where you can create a new password.  Confirm your new password and click on ‘Reset password’ button. You will now be logged into your Birdeye account under the Birdeye dashboard view.

RESET PASSWORD FOR A USER

You also have the ability to reset the password for other users added to the Birdeye account. To reset the password for a user, click on the 'Account' tab on the left navigation rail of your Birdeye dashboard. Once on the new page, navigate to the user for which you want to reset the password. Hover over the corresponding three-dots icon and click on the 'Reset password' option.

When you click on the 'Reset password' option, an email with the link to reset the password will be sent to the user's email. The user will need to click on the 'Change your password' button. 

Upon clicking the button, the user will be redirected to another page where he/she can create a new password.  The user will need to confirm the new password and click on ‘Reset password’ to complete the process.
