How can I access the 'Help Center' from my Birdeye account?
The Help Center is a support portal loaded with FAQs and knowledgebase articles that guide you through all aspects of the Birdeye platform to help you access information when you need it - 24x7. Feel free to click on each category listed on the Home page and browse through the articles under each category or simply type in your questions in the search bar and get your answers.
You are already within the Help Center, but you may find it useful to bookmark the link for future use. Here is the link to the Birdeye Help Center: https://support.birdeye.com/s/.
If you are already logged into your Birdeye dashboard, you can easily navigate to the Help Center to have your questions answered in two different ways.
- In the first way to access the Help Center from within the dashboard, click on the 'Help' (?) icon on the top navigation bar and select ‘Support Center’ from the options displayed.
- You can also find a link to the Help Center in the form of a banner within the support ticketing module of the Birdeye dashboard. Once you go to ‘Accounts’ on the left navigation rail and click ‘Support’ on the main navigation bar, you will be able to view a banner. Click on the banner to visit our Help Center and look for answers before you actually go and create a ticket.
