Birdeye gives you the ability to edit or change the name of your business on your review profile at your convenience.

To change the name of your business, click on the Settings tab on the left navigation rail of your Birdeye dashboard. Click on the Business profile under the Profile section.

A screen will appear on the new page, click on the Pencil icon to edit the name of your business.

Update the name under the Name field. Then click on the Save button at the top right of the page to save the changes that have been recently made.
