Integrating Birdeye with Xero

Xero is a cloud-based accounting and financial management software platform designed for businesses of all sizes to manage invoicing, bookkeeping, payments, and other accounting processes. Integrating Xero with Birdeye automates the process of sending review requests to customers, either in real time or on a scheduled daily basis.

Once the integration is set up, Birdeye pulls client information from Xero, including first name, last name, email address, and phone number, and automatically sends review requests based on the preferences configured in the Birdeye dashboard.

Birdeye also allows you to fetch data from your PMS using a predefined trigger.
