Integrating Birdeye with Zendesk

Updated today

Zendesk is a cloud-based customer service and ticketing platform that helps businesses manage customer support, sales, and interactions. Integrating Zendesk with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to your clients on a daily basis or in real-time.

Once the integration is set up, Birdeye pulls client information from Zendesk, including first name, last name, email address, and phone number, and automatically sends review requests based on the preferences configured in the Birdeye dashboard.

Birdeye also allows you to fetch data from your PMS using predefined triggers. You can select a combination of available triggers and share your preferences with the support team.
