Integrating Birdeye with Jobber

Jobber is a comprehensive service scheduling software tailored for small home services businesses, commonly utilized by electricians, mechanics, plumbers, and other professionals in the home service industry. Birdeye can seamlessly integrate with your Jobber account and automatically send review solicitations to your patients. Integrating Jobber with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients daily.

Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your PMS using some predefined triggers. You can choose any combination from the list of available triggers and inform the support team about your selection. Here are the supported triggers for Jobber:

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on the job completed.

Invoice Paid Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on an invoice paid

New Invoice Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on the new invoice.

New Quote Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on the new Quote.

New Client Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on new clients.

Quote Approved Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on quote approval.

New Request Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on new requests.

Contact Sync Trigger

Contact Sync trigger is used to sync all contacts created on a daily basis from CRM to Birdeye.

Birdeye Lead Trigger

This trigger is used to push lead details from Birdeye into CRM.

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the Birdeye technical support team sets up the initial integration, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.

To create custom fields, follow these steps:

Log in to your Jobber account using your email address and password, and click ‘Log in.’

Once on the dashboard, navigate to the ‘Gear' icon and click on the ‘Settings’ tab.

Click on 'Custom Fields.'

NOTE:

You can add custom fields with the same or different names for triggers. Some custom fields, such as those for invoice functionality, are transferable and can be used across different functionalities (job custom field).

Click on 'Add Field.'


On this screen, check the box of ‘Transferable field,’ fill in the custom field name, and select the field type.

You can add any field type, but it is advisable to use text or a dropdown.

You can also choose any location for which you want to send a review request. By default, it will pick the location provided while creating a client.

Click ‘Create Custom Field.’

NOTE:

This is not mandatory. Any location added in the custom field during client/job/quote creation, and the same location added in Birdeye, will mark the client/job/quote for a review request.
