Birdeye allows businesses to monitor reviews from multiple sources across the internet. Businesses need to follow a mandatory two-tier process to allow Birdeye to fetch reviews from Facebook pages. The first step is to add the Facebook page to review monitoring and the second is to integrate the Facebook page either to your single-location account or multi-location account.
However, at times, a few internal Facebook page settings can hinder the review aggregation process. These settings can also get in the way of getting new reviews from your happy customers.
Let's look at the most common issues that affect review aggregation:
Reviews App is not enabled for your Facebook Page: If the Reviews App is not enabled for your Facebook Page, customers won’t be able to leave reviews, and Facebook reviews will not aggregate in the Birdeye dashboard.
To enable the Reviews App on your Facebook business page, log in to Facebook. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to Settings & privacy.
Click 'Settings.'
In the left side bar, scroll down to the 'Your activity' section and click 'Business integrations.'
Locate Reviews App under the Active tab and click 'View and edit.'
Ensure that all relevant Facebook Pages are enabled for Birdeye access, and then click 'Save.'
