Birdeye provides a one-stop solution for all your survey requirements. You can create a new survey, clone an existing one, gather survey responses, get detailed reports, and more.

You can choose between two options to create the most effective survey for your audience:

1. Standard Survey: This survey type offers a variety of question types to choose from. It is elaborate in form and can help engage your audience at every step. You can get detailed responses and also request a review for your business.
2. Pulse Survey: This survey type facilitates a two-way text responses and helps businesses to reach out to their customers the way they prefer. You can use five different types of questions to get detailed responses from your customers and also follow-up with the survey responders using two-way text messages.

Here's how you can find the survey options:

Click on the 'Surveys' tab on the left navigation rail of your Birdeye account. Next, click on the 'Create Survey' button to create a new survey.

When a pop-up window appears, select the 'Standard survey' option.
