How do I analyze the performance of social posts across all networks?
Birdeye Social allows you to measure impressions, engagement, and reach of your posts across all social channels. Your social success can be analyzed by the following parameters:
Impressions- The number of times your posts are displayed on a user’s screen.
Reach- The number of people who view or interact with your posts.
Engagements- The number of times users interact with your posts through clicks, reactions, comments, and shares among other actions.
Engagement rate (all networks)- A measure of the percentage of your followers who interact with your content. It is calculated by dividing the total number of engagements on your posts by the total number of impressions on those posts per day.
NOTE:
Reach is applicable for Meta products.
To view the performance of your social posts, go to the ‘Social’ tab, and click on the ‘Analyze’ tab. You will be redirected to the ‘All channels’ screen where you have metrics of all the posts irrespective of the channel posted on.
The screen has all the details from post text and media to the channel posted and the post metrics.
You can also view post details by clicking on the ‘Post details’ button and on the side drawer you can see the date and time the post was published, the channel posted on, the text and media of the post, and the locations/pages successfully posted on each social channel.
