How do I edit, duplicate and delete a template?
Birdeye's template management system allows business owners to edit, duplicate and delete a template. To learn more about managing templates within Birdeye, follow the steps detailed below:
EDITING A TEMPLATE
Log in to your Birdeye account and click on the 'Campaigns' tab on the left navigation rail. Now, click on the 'Templates' tab on the top panel. Navigate to the template you wish to edit under the 'Email' or 'Text' tab. Hover over the template and click on the 'Edit' button

DUPLICATING A TEMPLATE
Birdeye allows you to duplicate an existing template which can be further edited and reused to save time. To duplicate a template, navigate to the template you wish to duplicate and click on the corresponding 'Actions' drop-down button. Now, select the 'Duplicate' option. This will duplicate the template which can be edited and reused in a different campaign.
DELETING A TEMPLATE
Templates associated with ongoing campaigns cannot be deleted. To delete a template, navigate to the template you wish to delete. Click on the corresponding 'Actions' drop-down menu and select the 'Delete' option.
When a pop-up message appears on the page, click on the 'Delete' button to confirm your action. Upon successful deletion, you will view a success message on top of the page.
