How do I schedule a post to be published on a later date and time?
Birdeye's post scheduling feature allows businesses to plan and execute their social media posts from within the Birdeye account. Using Birdeye's post scheduling feature you can create, and schedule posts for publishing at a later date and time with just a few clicks.
Step 1- Once you have put together your post for publishing, click on ‘Schedule Post’ to schedule the post on the selected social media channels.

Step 2- After you click on the 'Schedule Post' button, a calendar will open up from where you can select the month, date, and time of publishing. Once you have set the desired date and time, click the 'Schedule Post' button to schedule your post for the selected date and time.
View all posts in Publish tab
You can view all the published/scheduled posts on the calendar, under the ‘Publish tab.’ The default view after landing on the Publish tab would be calendar week view with the current week selected.
Filter out your posts for a better picture
You can also use the 'Filters' tab on the basis of location, social channel, post status, creator, approvals, tags, and more. Click on the ‘Apply’ button to save changes. Now, you can view all the filtered posts in the calendar view in the publish tab.
Edit, Delete, or Post your scheduled post with a single click
You can view the post, the social channel posted/scheduled on, and the date and time of the post by just hovering over that post in the publish tab.
You can edit a scheduled post by clicking on the pencil icon, reschedule, post now, view tags, and duplicate or delete the post by clicking on the menu icon represented as three horizontal dots.
Click the post to view post details.
