The four quadrants represent different performance categories:
• Underperforming (Yellow background) - Low ratings and many reviews
• Leading (Dark green background) - High ratings and many reviews

• Emerging (Light green background) - High ratings and few reviews

The AI analyzes both your brand’s and your competitor's brand strengths and weaknesses. The AI highlights areas where your brand excels, marked as ‘You are winning.’ It also identifies areas where your competitor outperforms you, as well as where both brands are strong or weak.
