Where your directly uploaded reviews will be used:

• Reviews will be displayed on the Reviews tab of your dashboard, maintaining their significance for your business growth.
• They will be showcased on embeddable widgets, enhancing your online presence and reputation.
• Our Insights product will analyze these reviews, providing you with qualitative content analysis to better understand your customers.

Where they will not be used:

• GSR will not include these reviews, preserving your overall GSR accuracy.

Reviews migrated from unknown sources will be displayed on your microsite, accompanied by an information icon to indicate Birdeye did not verify them.
