How do I create a ticket from a review?
A service ticket can easily be created from an aggregated review within Birdeye. You may see the need to create a ticket in case you want someone from your team to look at the review and address any issues or dissatisfaction highlighted in the review. Effective and timely resolutions to issues help improve customer satisfaction over a period of time.
To create a ticket from a review, log into your Birdeye account and go to the ‘Reviews’ tab. On the next page, navigate to the review for which you want to create a ticket and click on the 'Actions' drop-down button.
Once the drop-down options appear, select the 'Create ticket' button.
You will see a success notification at the top when the ticket is created along with the 'View ticket activity' option in the 'Actions' drop-down menu. Click on the 'View ticket activity' icon to make modifications to the ticket.
From the pop-up window, you have the ability to change the status of the ticket by hovering over the button labeled as 'New'. To assign the ticket to a team member, hover over the button labeled as 'Unassigned' and from the drop-down menu select the name of the person.
How do I create a ticket in bulk?
To log a ticket for reviews in bulk, click on 'Bulk Actions' to initiate the process.
From the options, click on 'Create tickets'. This will lead you to take action on multiple reviews.
On the next page, select reviews from the ‘Reviews’ tab. You have the option to select all reviews or choose the ones you wish to create tickets for.
Once all tickets are created, a message will be displayed on the top of the page, confirming the successful ticketing of the selected reviews. You’ll also see the notification badge displaying the unread message on the ‘Activity’ button.
