Birdeye monitoring tool continuously works towards aggregating all your new reviews from the review sites set up under Review monitoring. All the new reviews given by your customers on your review sites are collected either instantly or at the very most, within 24 hours of being written. This is made possible by the Birdeye review aggregation technology.

If you have been sending out review requests consistently, you would already be seeing a steady stream of reviews aggregating within your account. In case you want to see the latest reviews right away, you can run a quick refresh from within your Birdeye dashboard by following these easy steps:

Multi-location user: Go to the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail and click on 'Business profiles' under the 'Profile' header.

On the new page, select the desired location you would like to monitor new reviews.

Then, hover over the ‘Reviews’ tab and click on the ‘Review sites’ option under 'Monitoring.'

Single location user: Go to the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail, then navigate to the 'Reviews' tab, and click on 'Site monitoring.'

Now, click on the 'Refresh' option to refresh all the review sites existing within your account. 

If you are interested in fetching new reviews for only some select review sites, just go to the monitoring site link and hover over the three dots next to it. Click on the ‘Refresh monitoring’ option to fetch new reviews from the selected review site.
