How do I send requests using the Quick send button?
Using the ‘Quick Send’ button, send your happy customers a review, referral, customer experience, or a survey request in just a couple of clicks. You can send a review or a referral request to both existing as well as new customers. NOTE: Once the request is sent to a new contact, their contact details will be added to Birdeye.
SENDING A REQUEST VIA 'QUICK SEND' BUTTON
To begin, log in to your Birdeye account and click on the ‘Quick send’ button on the top right corner of the dashboard.
From the drop-down menu, select ‘Review’, 'Customer experience', ‘Referral’ or 'Survey' option. To understand how to send requests via the ‘Quick Send’ button, let’s consider ‘Referral’ as an example.
Enter the contact information. If you enter the email ID or phone number of an existing contact, it will appear in the suggestions below. Select the contact to proceed.
If it’s a new contact, click on the ‘+ New contact’ button.
Now, fill in the details of the customer. NOTE: If you are using a multi-location account, you need to select the location of the customer.
CHANGING THE EMAIL/TEXT TEMPLATE
Click on the ‘More’ drop-down to view the templates based on your mode of sending the request.
If you want to change the default templates, click on the corresponding ‘Change’ button.
Now, select the template and send the request to the customer.
Once the message is successfully sent, you will view a success notification on top of the page.
