Businesses can integrate social pages without logging in to their Birdeye accounts. You can generate and send a URL to the digital marketing agencies or freelancers managing your social media channels and allow them to integrate the social pages with Birdeye without logging into your account.

FETCHING THE INTEGRATION URL - SINGLE LOCATION ACCOUNTS

To fetch the integration URL, log in to your account and click on the 'Settings' tab. Now, hover over the 'Integrations' drop-down menu and select the 'Social' option.

On the new page, click on the 'Get link to connect' on the top right and select the option you want from the drop-down list.

FETCHING THE INTEGRATION URL - MULTI-LOCATION ACCOUNTS

In a multi-location account, the integration URL can be generated in the following cases:

• When no social page is integrated

If you haven’t integrated any page(s) with your account, hover over the ‘Integrations’ drop-down menu and select the social channel for which you wish to generate the URL. On the new screen, click on the ‘Get link to connect’ button to generate the social connect URL

• When social pages are integrated

If you have already integrated your social pages with Birdeye, click on the ‘Actions’ drop-down menu on the top right and select the ‘Get link to connect’ option.

You will then view a pop-up window with the URL that gives you access to the integrations setup only. You can copy or email the link directly to the user you want.
