The Birdeye Score Configurator is a versatile tool that lets businesses customize how their Birdeye Score is calculated to better align with their unique goals and priorities. This score is built on three key components: Sentiment Score, Reputation Score, and Listing Score, offering a real-time snapshot of their online health.
With the Birdeye Score Configurator, you can adjust the weight of these components based on what matters most to your business—customer feedback, online visibility, or reputation management. Designed to cater to businesses across various industries, this tool ensures your Birdeye Score evolves with your strategy, providing insights that truly reflect your focus areas.
Go to the 'Settings' icon in the top right corner.
Under Insights, select Birdeye Score.
You will be taken to the Birdeye Score Configurator screen, where you can modify the weightage of the different components and sub-components of the score.
COMPONENTS OF THE BIRDEYE SCORE
- Sentiment Score: Reflects customer sentiment based on feedback.
- Reputation Score: Focus on your business's overall online reputation, including reviews, ratings, and response rates.
- Listing Score: Measures the accuracy and completeness of your business listings across various platforms, including local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) completeness.
Customizing the Weightage:
- Restore Default Settings: If needed, click on 'Restore to Default' to reset values.

Adjusting Values:
* Drag the slider or manually input a value for each component.
* Ensure the total weight adds up to 100%.
For example, healthcare businesses might prioritize Sentiment Scores more heavily, highlighting the importance of customer feedback in patient satisfaction.
Reputation Score: Click the drop-down to view and adjust its sub-components (e.g., reviews, ratings, response rate).
Listing Score: Customize similarly.
After adjustments, click 'Save' to apply your changes.
Use the Audit Trail (hover over three dots) to view your changes in the logs.
