How do I set up Payments in my Birdeye account and is my bank information secured?
Business users can now set up Payments in their Birdeye account to request payments from their customers and vendors quickly, conveniently, and securely.
Before a user requests payments, a few steps are involved to configure and set up Birdeye Payments completely. The following points will guide you in setting up Payments.
SETTING UP PAYMENTS
- Click on 'Settings.'
- Click on the 'Payments NEW' under the 'Settings' page.
- Click on 'Set up payments.'
- Fill in the following business details, to process the setup.

- Add your personal or a representative’s details (who has authority to represent the organization and be a primary contact for the account).

- Click on 'Submit.'
- Verify the details summary (Edit by clicking on the 'Pencil (Edit)’ icon, if there are changes to execute)
- Click on 'Done', post verifying it.
- Click on 'Set up your bank account', on the same screen a drawer will open on the right side.
- Enter your 'Routing number, Account number, Confirm account number.'
- Click on 'Save.'

EMBED PAYMENT LINK ON YOUR WEBSITE
Birdeye users can now receive payments via weblink, which allows users to pay with just one click and get paid in seconds. When a customer visits your website and books an appointment or service, then the business can get paid instantly via ‘Weblink for payments.’
Steps to follow by end customers:
- Customers will view the ‘Pay My Bill Online’ option on your website (after you embed the payment link on your website.)
- Clicking on it, they will be redirected to the Birdeye hosted form containing the amount to be paid by them and some basic customer details.
