It also gives you an impeccable opportunity to pick essential product feedback directly from the end-users. With Birdeye, you can closely monitor your competitors using Birdeye's analytical tools.

To compare only selected competitors, navigate to the 'Competitors' tab on the left navigation rail. On the next 'Overview' page, click on the 'Competitor' filter under the 'Filters' section. You will see an entire drop-down of all the competitors you have added in the account. Select the competitors you want to compare your business with and click on the 'Apply' button.

Once you have made your changes, you can see the selected competitors on the page.
