Integrating Birdeye with Wondersign

Birdeye can seamlessly integrate with your WonderSign account and automatically send review solicitations to your customers. Integrating WonderSign with Birdeye will automate the process of sending review requests to customers daily.

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
HOW TO GENERATE AN API KEY
To generate an API key, follow the steps below:
Sign in to my.catalogkiosk.com using the Google Chrome web browser. Enter your email address and password, then click 'Sign in.'
Click the 'User field' (your email address) in the top right corner, then select 'Users' from the drop-down menu.
Click 'Create Group' to create a new user group with API Data privileges and limited permissions for the Catalog App Manager.
Enter a name in the 'Group Name' field and select 'Data API (Read Only)' from the Access Level drop-down menu to create a group with read-only Data API system permissions.
Click 'Save.'
Click 'Add User' to create a new user and assign them to the Data API (Read Only) User Group.
On the Add User screen, enter the new user's first and last name, then a username (email). Use the Assign to user group drop-down menu to select Data API (Read Only), and click 'Save.'
The user settings page will automatically open for the new or selected user. Click the 'Get New Key' link to generate a unique API key for the user.
The unique key will be generated in the API Key field, and the Last Update field will display the date and time when the key was generated. Copy the API key and use it to access the Wondersign Catalog Kiosk Product Data API as instructed below.
