Integrating Birdeye with Entrata
Entrata is a property management software that aims at making life easier for property owners, property managers, and residents. Serving for both residential and commercial companies, the deeply integrated software solution offers a myriad of features including, billing and invoicing, insurance management, contact management, lease management, etc.
Birdeye supports seamless integration with your Entrata account and helps you to solicit reviews from your customers automatically. To automate the process of sending out review solicitation emails or survey requests, you need to integrate Entrata with Birdeye.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using some predefined triggers. You can choose any combination from the list of available triggers and inform the support team about your selection. Here are the supported triggers for Entrata:

To setup integration with Birdeye, get in touch with the Birdeye technical support team at 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or send email to - support@birdeye.com. To integrate with Entrata, Birdeye support team would require your Entrata login credentials, Entrata Domain Name, and Entrata Property IDs.
While you are on the integration setup call, you may also ask for a specific time delay in sending review/survey requests for any or all of the four different cases - closed work order, on-site visits, move in and Notice. You can also specify the desired review request/survey template (configured in your Birdeye account) that will be used to send review/survey requests once the integration is complete.
