Integrating Birdeye with Street
Street is a cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) designed specifically for real estate agents. Integrating Street with Birdeye will automate the sending of review requests to your customers daily.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from the Street using some predefined triggers. You can choose any combination from the list of available triggers and inform the support team about your selection. Here are the supported triggers for Street:

To set up integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
HOW TO GENERATE ACCESS TOKEN:
Login to the Street dashboard using your credentials.
Scroll down to the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail.
Click on the 'Settings' tab, and it will request a password.
HANDY TIP: The system will only request a password if you are logging in after some time.
Upon entering the password, you will be redirected to a new screen. Scroll down to the 'Applications' tab under 'ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION' from the left navigation rail.
Enter the necessary details under the 'Create new application' section.
- Application Name: Birdeye App
- API Token Scope : Open API
- Contact Name : <Your Name>
- Contact Email Address: <Your Email>
Click on 'Create Application.'
A token will be generated. Now, click on 'Click to copy.'
Use this token as a group property in Birdeye.
TO REGENERATE THE ACCESS TOKEN:
When you are on the Settings page, and you view already created applications, click on the 'Regenerate' icon as displayed on the screen.
A pop-up will appear asking for your confirmation. Click on the 'Confirm' button.
Copy the token and input it into the group property while setting up the integration.
HOW TO CREATE A BRANCH:
Login to the Street dashboard using your credentials.
Scroll down to the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail.
Click on the 'Settings' tab, and it will request a password.
HANDY TIP: The system will only request a password if you are logging in after some time.
Scroll down to the 'Branches' tab under 'COMPANY SETTINGS' from the left navigation rail.
If no branch exists, create a branch by clicking on '+ NEW BRANCH.'
The following page will open; enter the details to create a new branch.
If you want the branch details of already created branches, click on the branch name.
The branch details page will open.
Here, use the name as the branch name in the Birdeye location level property.
