Integrating Birdeye with Squarespace
Squarespace CRM is a powerful tool designed to streamline customer relationship management for businesses of all sizes. Integrated within the Squarespace platform, this CRM solution offers users a comprehensive set of features to manage interactions with clients, track sales leads, and enhance overall customer engagement. With its intuitive interface and seamless integration with other Squarespace tools, the CRM allows businesses to maintain organized customer data, automate communication, and analyze performance metrics, enabling them to build stronger relationships and drive growth. In this article, we will explore the key features of Squarespace CRM and how it can benefit your business.
Once Squarespace is integrated with Birdeye, information will be pulled from Squarespace once every day from the list of orders marked as paid from the previous day. Birdeye collects your client's first name, last name, email address and phone number and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for Squarespace:

Trigger Description |
Squarespace Order Fulfilled Trigger |
This trigger is used to fetch customers' data based on the order fulfilled. |
