Integrating Birdeye with Lightspeed Retail X-Series
Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) is a point-of-sale and e-commerce solution used by retailers. Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) offers features such as inventory and customer management, process transactions, and store analytics. Integrating Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to clients daily.
Once the integration between Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) and Birdeye is successful, Birdeye will pull client information from Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) daily from the cases closed on the previous day. Birdeye collects your client's first name, last name, email address and phone number and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.

After the Birdeye technical support team sets up the initial integration, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
